Essity Ukraine with business ethics and positive atmosphere, a leader in it’s field, is searching for a Junior Brand Manager, who will support development and implementation of marketing strategy within one of the Company’s brands. The employment will be via outsourced company.
Responsibilities:
Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on product performance and customer feedback to identify brand/product opportunities to meet customer needs
Preparing and execution of product launches under senior colleagues’ supervision (adaptation of selling story/images, controlling, results analyzing etc.) Support of agreed marketing activities like BTL and ATL communication plans Close cooperation with Sales Team to address business requests
Assistance with maintenance of brand digital platforms with the help of digital agencies, handling possible consumer questions and/or complaints Processing of marketing documents (documentation flow)
Main Requirements:
Analytical skills, ability to work with databases and PPT information
Knowledge of digital media & brand marketing principles is a plus
Proactive “game changer” position, willingness to learn
Attention to the details, getting things done attitude
University degree (or student of last year) of Marketing, Economics field
1+ years of relevant working experience (preferable)
Good command of English
