The Junior Brand Manager (m/f/d) actively supports our Rx Marketing Team and Commercial Team in the area of established brands and pediatric oncology. This role combines a variety of activities that are part of successful brand management and initial marketing experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Supporting the Head of Commercial and marketing managers in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing projects, both print and digital.

• Managing and coordinating several projects in parallel, including internal and external interfaces

• Organizing and coordinating appointments, meetings and events

• Supporting the process of obtaining offers, coordinating and monitoring invoices and payment processes

• Close collaboration with design, sales and external agencies

• Creation, maintenance and updating of marketing materials, reports and statistics

• Monitoring of the marketing budget and maintenance in the finance tracker in cross-functional cooperation

• Coordination and communication with internal teams and external service providers

• Support with social media activities and content creation, as well as implementation

Requirements

• University degree in health or business administration, life sciences or a related field.

• Initial practical experience in brand management, marketing or project management is an advantage

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working

• Organizational talent and the ability to perform several tasks simultaneously and maintain an overview

• Strong communication skills and team spirit

• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

• Business knowledge of written and spoken German and English
