Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and refining core visual identity elements, including logos, color palettes, and typography.
- Develop visual assets for diverse formats such as print media, out-of-home advertising, packaging, digital campaigns, websites, and mobile applications.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, offering fresh perspectives and creative input.
- Support the execution of design phases across projects, following direction from senior designers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver designs aligned with campaign objectives and brand standards.
- Help draft design briefs and support production workflows, ensuring precision and consistency with brand guidelines.
- Take ownership of individual design components within larger projects, with guidance and feedback from senior team members.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
Skills Required
- Successful completion of foundational design assessments and portfolio review as part of evaluation
- Ability to design and refine core visual identity elements (logos, color palettes, typography)
- Experience developing visual assets for print, out-of-home, packaging, digital campaigns, websites, and mobile apps
