Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled CRM Automation & Technical Support Associate to support, enhance, and optimize our business systems primarily within the Zoho ecosystem. This role requires someone who can provide end-to-end technical support, configure solutions, build custom workflows, and develop automation using Deluge scripting.
The ideal candidate will have experience with at least one scripting language (JavaScript, Python, VBScript) and be willing to deepen their skills to work confidently with Deluge for Zoho Creator, CRM, Desk, and other Zoho applications. Knowledge or willingness to learn low-code/no-code tools is essential.
This role is suited for someone analytical, customer-focused, and passionate about using automation to improve business processes and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, configuration errors, integration failures, and user challenges in a timely manner.
Build automation, custom functions, workflows, and scripts using Deluge within Zoho applications.
Configure forms, fields, layouts and modules based on business requirements.
Support system setup, deployment, testing, and upgrades.
Assist in API-based integrations and data migration activities where required.
Document configurations, troubleshooting guides, known issues, and solutions.
Collaborate with internal technical teams and external vendors for escalated or advanced development tasks.
Conduct product demos, onboarding sessions, and basic system usage training for users.
Maintain a ticket log and ensure timely resolution according to SLA guidelines.
Requirements
1–2 years experience in a technical support, business systems, or software implementation role.
Hands-on experience with CRM or ERP tools.
Experience with at least one scripting language: JavaScript, Python, PHP, Apex (Salesforce), VBScript, or SQL.
Ability to learn and master Deluge scripting to build workflow logic and automation.
Experience or willingness to work with low-code/no-code platforms (Zoho Applications).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically through technical issues.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Attention to detail with strong documentation and technical writing skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
