Job Description
Development is the cornerstone of what we do at Endava. As a Junior Back-End Java Developer, you will design, build, and release software products while collaborating with cross-functional teams. We are looking for adaptable problem-solvers with a client-oriented mindset who are eager to grow and develop their skills.
Our client, Kingfisher, a leading British multinational home improvement company, is expanding its Software Engineering team. As part of this initiative, we are seeking enthusiastic Junior Back-End Java Developers to join our Cluj-based team. This hybrid role requires office presence two days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of high-performance solutions based on client business requirements.
- Work with Java and other modern technologies.
- Collaborate with peers across different development teams.
- Ensure the quality of the product through best practices and coding standards.
- Engage in every stage of the application development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in back-end development.
- Basic understanding of Java and Spring.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
