Client-facing junior consulting role leading 1-2 workstreams, supporting project leads, delivering presentations and workshops, mentoring analysts, contributing to proposals and internal initiatives, and traveling to client sites in Saudi Arabia and UAE as needed (up to 2-3 weeks/month).

As a Junior
Associate, you will be a part of a client-facing team. Your role
would require you to lead 1-2 work-streams in addition to
supporting the Project Lead in accomplishing project delivery
mandates. You would be required to actively contribute to internal
organizational and business development initiatives. This role
requires you to travel to client locations (Saudi Arabia &
UAE) on need basis only. If travel is required, it can be up to

Requirements
Education, Experience and Skill-Set
- B. Tech/
B.E. from Tier 1 under-grad school (IITs, NITs, DTU, etc.) or
Chartered Accountant and / or
- Full
time MBA/ PGDM from Tier 1 B-school (IIMs, ISB, MDI, SP Jain, etc.)
- Minimum
1 year work experience, relevant work experience will be preferred
- In-depth
of knowledge of 1-2 Industry domains
- Excellent
problem solving and communication skills
- Advanced
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Exposure
to one or more of: Retail/ BFSI/ Healthcare
- Exposure
to strategy development and implementation, process improvement,
performance measurement, digital transformation
Skills Required
- B.Tech/B.E. from Tier-1 undergrad (IITs, NITs, DTU) or Chartered Accountant and/or Full-time MBA/PGDM from Tier-1 B-schools (IIMs, ISB, MDI, SP Jain)
