About The Role 💻
We are looking for a Junior Associate - Data Strategy that will help us continue enhancing the usage of data for the fact-based decision-making processes that Clarity AI has as one of its core values and lead the lifecycle of transforming raw data into structured information.
The role provides an opportunity to join a dynamic, talented, diverse and young company, as well as be part of the team that leads Data acquisition…one of the foundations of Clarity AI’s value proposition.
What You’ll Be Doing 🚀
Working as a Junior Associate - Data Strategy you will be responsible for:
- Collect, verify, and process Sustainability data sourced from various financial, exchange, and government regulator websites and official reports.
- Assist in data collection projects through data analysis, quality assurance, and data monitoring.
- Conduct frequent research on ESG reporting standards and assist in the development of methodologies for the collection of best-in-class data.
- Mentor and train external contractors and the internal team on ESG indicators and sustainability frameworks.
- Performing ad-hoc data analysis using SQL and Python to support business initiatives
- Perform ad hoc team projects as needed.

Requirements
What You’ll Need
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills (minimum C1 level-proficient user).
- At least a Bachelor’s degree- Sustainability, Finance, Economics, Business, International Relations, Accounts, Environmental Studies or similar field of study.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with clear attention to detail to work with complex data sets.
- Highly motivated, independent, proactive, and deeply passionate about sustainability and impact.
Nice To Have
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL and/or business intelligence tools / database applications, (e.g. Quicksight) is a plus
- Experience in Data collection / data research or similar roles
- Experience in a start-up
