Knowledge and Skills
- Final-year student or graduate in Finance, Statistics, STEM or Equivalent Professional Qualification.
- Up to 1 year of experience in analyzing, visualizing & presenting data using Excel and/or Power BI (academic projects or internships acceptable).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), hands-on experience in Excel Macros/VBA development, and domain knowledge of finance operations will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze data using statistical techniques, interpret results and provide analysis for ongoing reports in order to make informed decisions.
- Develop & implement data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Collect, filter, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Acquire data from primary/secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems so that required data is available on time.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to fully understand and resolve service issues.
- SLAs / KPIs / BOIs / Volumes – Setting the framework/ baselining/ reporting/ monitoring
- Learn and stay updated on emerging analytics and reporting technologies relevant to the business.
