Dentons Italy is currently looking to grow its Corporate M&A group with the appointment of a Junior Associate based in our Milan office.
Our Corporate M&A Team consists of specialized lawyers, recognized among the best for their areas of expertise. Collaborating in the Corporate M&A department means being part of a rapidly growing group, as well as receiving specific training and being involved in the most innovative legal issues.

- Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.
- Current license to practice law in Italy.
- Between 1 and 2 years PQE in the Corporate M&A field, gained in a comparable law firm.
- High level of English (Certificate C1). Other foreign languages are a plus.
- Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession.
- Excellent negotiation and communications skills.
- Global mentality and enthusiasm.
- You are able to adapt to an international environment and eager to grow both professionally and personally with us.
