The Junior Associate, Client Services, is responsible for supporting the Portfolio Lead in the management of marketing and public relations retainer partnerships and website builds throughout their entire lifecycle for our clients. They will work directly with our clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure successful completion and client satisfaction. This role will require a strong understanding of project management principles and practices, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with assigned clients to ensure quality deliverables provided on time and within budget.
  • Assist  members in the Client Experience department in the development and execution of project plans.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of projects, including tracking progress, communicating with stakeholders, and resolving issues.
  • Gather and document project requirements.
  • Create and manage project schedules and budgets.
  • Facilitate project meetings and client presentations.
  • Manage risk and issue resolution.
  • Provide support to clients and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the marketing or web development industries.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Marketing experience.
  • Web development experience.
  • Public Relations experience 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
  • WordPress experience.
  • Agency experience.
