What You'll Do

  • Guide customers through the end-to-end international remittance journey, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience

  • Assist customers with documentation, compliance requirements, transaction status updates, and onboarding queries

  • Coordinate with banking, forex, and operations partners to ensure timely processing of customer transactions

  • Handle customer support across calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels

  • Monitor transactions and proactively resolve issues to improve turnaround times and customer satisfaction

  • Work closely with the founders to streamline operational workflows and improve internal processes

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and compliance-related documentation

  • Identify recurring customer issues and recommend improvements to products, processes, and customer experience

  • Support operational activities related to KYC, transaction reviews, and regulatory requirements

  • Gather customer feedback and help shape better onboarding, support, and product experiences

 

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Operations, or Client Support roles

  • Prior experience in the payments, fintech, banking, forex, or financial services industry is preferred

  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills

  • Someone who enjoys helping customers and solving problems

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership in a fast-moving startup environment

  • Comfortable working with operational processes, documentation, and compliance-related requirements

  • Ability to handle customer interactions with empathy and professionalism

  • Basic understanding of customer success, operations, support, or financial services

  • Bonus: Experience in fintech, banking, forex, payments, customer support, or operations roles
