Job Description- To prepare the architectural drawings involved from Pre-Design Stage up to Construction Stage.
- To prepare presentation drawings such as rendered plans, perspectives, and animations.
- To prepare technical requirements like area tabulation and inventory checklist, sales map and batching maps.
- Must be a Licensed Architect
- Experience in subdivision planning or real estate development
- Knowledgeable in AutoCad, Photoshop, Primavera
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Willing to be assigned in Makati city
