Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Architect to assist in the design, planning,
and execution of high-rise residential apartments, commercial buildings, and
mixed-use projects. The candidate should have good design skills, technical
knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with project teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and working
drawings.
* Assist in designing residential and commercial building projects.
* Develop 3D models and presentation drawings.
* Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams.
* Prepare drawings for approvals and construction.
* Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation.
* Ensure drawings comply with building codes and project requirements.
* Support senior architects in project planning and execution.
Requirements
Skills Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 1-3 years of experience in architectural design and drafting
- Experience with residential apartment and commercial building projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Microsoft Office
