This role is great additional to finance team, helping on administrative tasks and supporting the team on ad-hoc activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Your key responsibilities will include Accounts Payables process – posting invoices from suppliers, daily contact with suppliers and following any questions they might have together with handling automatized bank entries.
- Additionally, supporting the accounting department on operational tasks such as checking and entering expense reports, filing and archiving, monitoring customer payments and following up by phone or mail if necessary,
- Your support will be also instrumental in ad-hoc activities that will enable smooth finance operations
Education and Experience
- Ideally, you have a two-year degree (equivalent to Grado Superior) in administrative business management
- You have 2+ years of experience in administrative roles and experience from international environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- You are bringing 2+ years’ experience from administrative positions
- You understand financial transactions, especially from the area of expenses and accounts payables
- You have customer-oriented mindset and drive for results
- You are not afraid to learn new skills and capabilities, e.g. systems and software’s
- You are a team player who likes to contribute to good team spirit and demonstrate collaboration
- You are willing to grow in an international environment in which English is frequently used
