RoleWe are looking for a reliable and motivated employee to support our Accounts Payable processes. Junior AP Accountant will be responsible for data maintenance, expenses / invoices processing, outgoing payments and assist in other accounting activities upon necessity. We are seeking a motivated candidate with analytical skills open for new challenges in a specific legal industry.
Responsibilities- Administration, verification and posting expenses and invoices according to internal procedures and local requirements
- Handling expenses / invoices related queries - external and internal vendor
- Supplier Master Data maintenance
- Outgoing payments
- Related accounting reporting
- Close cooperation with local entities and other finance teams
- Accuracy and service quality
- Other day-to-day tasks assistance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or other related discipline is nice to have
- At least 1 year experience in Accounts Payable is nice to have
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Positive team player attitude
- Strong communications skills
- English language knowledge B2
