We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our growing team.
The Financial Junior Analyst will assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to support key business functions. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing insights and recommendations to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources, including internal databases and external systems.
- Conduct analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports for management and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and business leaders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal meetings, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as required to support business initiatives and decision-making.
- Help optimize processes and tools to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve analytical capabilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the department and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an analytical or data-related role (internships or academic projects considered).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions such as pivot tables, vlookups, and data visualization).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and basic statistical analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an easy-to-understand format.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL or other programming languages for data analysis.
- Knowledge of data analytics platforms and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with the scent marketing or fragrance industry.
