Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).
Roles and responsibilities:
- Analyse the suspicious transactions and help in identifying the pattern and trends.
- Perform data to identify frauds and review transactions to make effective decisions.
- Suggest changes in risk thresholds from time to time to optimize the risk engine.
- Support operational processes to mitigate and prevent impact of identified fraud activities and transactions.
- To perform portfolio risk trend analysis and highlight to the team lead.
- Suggestions for new sources of data for fraud detection and mitigation
- Collaborate with the chargeback team, customer support team and product team to analyse root cause and develop first cut root cause analysis.
- Manage and continuously improve KPIs and measure success rate across key risk prevention processes
- Maintain transparent and clear communication with the customers/merchants via CRM and calls as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Fresher or 06 months of experience in fraud/risk domain across ecommerce, payments or operations fields
- Strong organizational communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrate learning agility, make decisions quickly and with the highest level of integrity
