We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Analyst - IT Product Support to join our global operations team based in the Cluj-Napoca. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing technical applications support across a range of technologies, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
We will count on you to:
- Be a part of a global operation team.
- Interact with diverse colleagues and stakeholders from various lines of business within MMC.
- Participate in regional projects.
- Respond to incidents within SLA.
- Communicate and follow up with colleagues on all incidents and requests.
- Escalate incidents and questions to appropriate support groups.
- Use the corporate incident management system to record and track incidents.
- Provide technical applications support across a range of technologies, including but not limited to Java, Kubernetes, SQL and MongoDB.
- Take ownership of end-user incidents, providing effective communication and resolution.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours and weekend support.
What you need to have:
- A technical degree with internship experience, or a non-technical degree with at least 1 year of helpdesk experience with a focus on customer service.
- Working experience in any project/app supported using any latest tech stack, such as React, Python, Angular, Java, MongoDB, SQL Server, or Oracle DB.
- Troubleshooting experience using tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, App Dynamics, and Kibana.
- Experience with relational databases, particularly Oracle and MS SQL Server
- Experience supporting containerized applications.
- Familiarity with incident management tools such as ServiceNow or Zendesk
