What We Do

Clarity brings private capital and opportunity together through a unified system for primary and secondary investment—helping markets function and enabling capital to flow.  The company helps private issuers raise capital and manage liquidity, enables investors to deploy capital with confidence, and gives shareholders a clear path to liquidity.  Since its commercial launch in 2022, Clarity has facilitated more than $6 billion in transaction volume across a broad range of private company securities, helping unlock value in what has traditionally been an illiquid asset class.
