Junior AML Administrator
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
The Role:
The Junior AML Administrator – Transfer Agency is responsible for maintaining the shareholder list and on-boarding, and reviews for all assigned transfer agency tasks.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Day to day administration of Investors’ documents - pro-active escalation to Assistant Vice President/ Vice President of any potential noncompliance matters.
Assists in providing a high level of service to both clients and investors.
Coordinating new client on-boarding in partnership with Assistant Vice President and with Integration Team.
Ensuring that all assigned reporting is prepared, reviewed and released accurately and in a timely manner;
Ensuring adherence to all policies & procedures and local laws and regulations;
Being initial point of contact for internal and external stakeholders;
Adherence to client service level agreements;
Investor registration;
Participation in projects;
Work as part of a local and global team;
Contributing to a positive working environment;
Adhere to the Company standard procedures and controls;
Reports to Assistant Vice President – Transfer Agency.
Experience and skills:
University degree in Economics;
Proficiency in English;
Very good computer literacy;
Previous experience in legal office is an advantage;
Previous experience in the AML field is an advantage;
FATCA / CRS knowledge is advantage;
Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, hedge investment concepts;
Strong communication skills (written & verbal);
Ability to multitask;
Appropriate risk awareness & effective escalation;
Ability to self-motivate and work as part of a team;
Ability to take on board constructive feedback;
Flexible in dealing with changing priorities
Attention to detail;
The ability to work to tight deadlines
