For one of our partners we are seeking a Affiliate Manager to join our growing dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Relationship Management:

   - Maintain regular communication with affiliates to foster strong relationships.

   - Provide ongoing support and guidance to help affiliates optimize their performance.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

   - Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics.

   - Prepare regular reports on affiliate activity and performance for management.

Strategic Planning:

   - Develop and implement strategies to increase affiliate sales and expand the affiliate network.

   - Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the affiliate program.

Compliance and Best Practices:

   - Ensure affiliates adhere to company policies and industry best practices.

   - Monitor affiliate marketing activities for compliance with legal regulations and company standards.

Promotional Activities:

   - Create and distribute promotional materials to affiliates.

   - Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional offers with affiliates.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

• Excellent English skills- both written and spoken.
• Good understanding of the iGaming industry
• A genuine passion for affiliate marketing and enthusiasm for working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to evaluate campaign and partner performance.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• Team player with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and partners.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to the development and execution of long-term affiliate growth plans.
• Creative approach to identifying new affiliate opportunities and marketing strategies.
• Willingness to travel for work, including industry events and affiliate meetings.
