Provide administrative support to leadership including scheduling, correspondence, file and suspense management, vendor quotes, purchase requests, corporate card management, travel arrangements, and tracking CDRL deliverables while ensuring accuracy, configuration control, and timely submission of reports and contract deliverables.

Expertise and Functions

- Obtain, document, organize, and prioritize quotes from vendors for materials, tooling, equipment and supplies as requested by leadership team
- Create and assist with Purchase Requests
- Manage a corporate credit card supporting leadership team purchasing requests
- Assist with coordinating lodging, hotel, rental car, airfare, and other travel arrangements for teams
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education/Training (both required and desired):
- High School diploma required
- Associate’s Degree in managerial field desired
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience supporting management personnel
- Experience supporting management personnel within the DoD preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills talking to customers, vendors, and stakeholders
- Excellent customer service attitude, customer service experience a plus
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Proficiency in Government policies and procedures regarding correspondence, staff packages, suspense tracking, travel, file plans, and timecards preferred
Security:
- Must be a US citizen
- Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and using computer screens
- Frequent wrist, hand, and finger movements using a keyboard, mouse, and handwriting
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times

Salary:
The projected salary range for this position is $18 - $22 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, rather actual salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and applicable certifications or degrees held. Offered salary may fall outside of this range.
