We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Junior Ad Operations Manager to join Audiomob at our Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in data-driven campaign management, including execution, optimization, and strategic delivery across both direct and programmatic channels, along with a solid technical understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • As a part of a team, own successful delivery of digital advertising campaigns, both direct and programmatic.
  • Manage campaign trafficking, tagging, QA, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage and optimize programmatic deals across SSPs, ensuring proper setup, delivery, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot delivery, performance, and tracking across programmatic and direct.
  • Collaborate with Product Engineering teams to improve internal tools and streamline operations.
  • Stay current on industry trends, privacy regulations, and ad tech developments.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally 1+ years of experience in digital ad operations, with hands-on execution of direct or programmatic campaigns 
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project-management skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Ability to collaborate with technical stakeholders; experience working with product or engineering teams.
  • Solid technical understanding of how programmatic advertising works at a systems level.
  • Experience (or familiarity) managing programmatic deal structures across major SSPs.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and scale campaigns against defined KPIs using data.
  • Familiarity with audio, mobile, or in-app programmatic environments.
  • Background or exposure to startup or fast-paced ad tech environments.
  • Experience or coursework using Looker or similar analytics tools.
