We are growing our Finance team and are looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant based in Poland. This entry-level role will support the Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist, with a primary focus on collections. Role Overview
In this role, your main responsibility will be to support the collections process by following up with clients regarding outstanding payments and maintaining accurate records. You will play a vital part in ensuring LoopMe’s cash flow remains healthy and operations continue smoothly. You’ll also assist with reporting, administrative tasks, and client communications. This is an excellent opportunity to build foundational experience in finance while developing your skills in communication, data handling, and cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collections process by sending payment reminders to clients and following up on outstanding invoices
- Maintain clear and up-to-date records of client communications and payment statuses
- Support the Senior AR Specialist in tracking aged debt and prioritizing collections activity
- Help prepare weekly and monthly AR reports using Excel
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Account Management) to resolve payment-related queries
- Assist in updating client information and payment history in the finance system
- Provide general administrative support during busy financial periods (e.g., month-end, audits)
Key Skills and Experience
- 1+ year of work experience in an office or administrative environment (finance experience is a plus but not essential)
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken – B2 level or higher), with confidence in reaching out to clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, sorting/filtering, pivot tables)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and polite communicator, comfortable sending follow-ups and maintaining professionalism
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a finance role
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and manage time effectively
