As a Junior AR Accountant, you’ll be an integral part of our sub-ledger accounting team, helping to build strong financial operations while supporting our global business. Your day-to-day will include:
- Processing customer invoices and incoming payments accurately and on time.
- Reconciling AR subledger balances with the General Ledger and investigating discrepancies.
- Monitoring outstanding receivables and proactively following up on overdue invoices.
- Supporting accrual analysis and contributing to AR-related reporting and KPIs.
- Handling customer inquiries related to payments and invoices.
- Collaborating with global finance teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth process flow.
- Supporting transitions of AR processes into the Kaunas team and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (completed or in progress).
- Some hands-on experience or internship in accounts receivable or accounting—ideally in a fast-moving environment.
- A solid grasp of accounting principles and eagerness to deepen your financial knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail, a structured approach, and ownership mentality.
- A proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes and solve problems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international team setting.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
