Department OverviewAccounts Payable Department is responsible for all accounting services for the Motorola Solutions suppliers and employees. The Motorola Finance Center in Krakow is a part of our global network of Finance Operations Center (F.O.C.) which provides world class finance, accounting and purchasing services to all MSI entities. It is a dynamic environment where your ideas and input will be valued and where you will do some of the best work of your life.
Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing invoices and other financial documents

  • Processing PO and NON-PO invoices / credit memos

  • Performing Month-End-Closing and Year-End-Closing activities

  • Building good relationships with internal employees and external vendors

  • Researching less complex invoice discrepancies, performing necessary corrections to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors

  • Liaising with other departments and organizations i.e. General Ledger, Procurement

  • Performing any other ad hoc tasks assigned by Team Leader

  • Supporting departmental projects


Basic Requirements

What we expect:

  • Very good command of English

  • Experience required: 0 - 1 year

  • Bachelor's /Master's Degree

  • Very good communication skills

  • Process-oriented with solid problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to multi task

  • Proficiency in other foreign language will be an advantage

  • Oracle knowledge would be a great advantage
