Department OverviewAccounts Payable Department is responsible for all accounting services for the Motorola suppliers and employees. The Motorola Finance Center in Krakow is a part of our global network of Finance Operations Center (F.O.C.) which provides world class finance, accounting and purchasing services to all Motorola entities. It is a dynamic environment where your ideas and input will be valued and where you will do some of the best work of your life.
Job Description

• Invoices and other financial documents processing (including PO and non PO invoices)
• Resolution of any issues preventing Motorola from paying invoices
• Documents audit before the processing in Finance System
• Searching for further automation and standardization in the process
• Support during the internal/external audit sessions
• Ad-hoc requests assigned by Team Leader

Basic Requirements

• Good command of English
• Up to 1 year of experience
• Educational requirements: bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• Team player with good communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi task
• Other foreign language will be an advantage
