Overview
We are looking for a Financial Analyst (Accounting) to join our finance team in a fast-growing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior accounting professional in Thailand who wants to learn from an experienced accountant while also helping build smarter, more automated finance operations.
Amity Robotics (Thailand) supports robotics initiatives across Thailand while collaborating closely with teams in Singapore and the United Kingdom. Your Impact:
- As a Junior Account Payable, you will be part of our finance team and play a key role in supporting the Company’s daily operations. You will gain exposure to end-to-end AP processes, compliance, and reporting, while working alongside experienced finance professionals in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Maintain junior accounting records and ensure transactions are properly recorded.
- Prepare and post accounting entries.
- Perform bank, account, and balance sheet reconciliations in Xero.
- Maintain supporting documentation for accounting records, audits, tax filings, and internal reviews.
- Prepare and support all relevant Thai and Singapore tax filings.
- Assist with audit preparation, audit support, and follow-up documentation.
- Help identify opportunities to automate finance workflows and improve efficiency.
- Support finance operations optimisation and process improvements.
- Work closely with VP, Director of Accounts, Group CFO, internal teams and stakeholders and auditors to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- 1 - 2 years of work experience
- Junior accounting experience, preferrably in Thailand, Singapore or UK.
- Familiarity with Thai accounting and tax requirements.
- Understanding of AP, AR, invoicing, reconciliations, accounting entries, and supporting documentation.
- Native proficiency in Thai and a strong command of English (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets with knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, or Oracle) is an advantage.
- Flexible in attitude and able to work effectively in a changing environment as the companies pivot.
- Easy to work with and willing to directly support VP, Director of Accounts, acting as their right hand.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of work experience
