Job Description
1. Complete month end closing on accurate and timely manner
2. Provide analytical review to support variance for expense account on timely manner
3. Prepare finalized workbook on timely manner
4. Record expenses, accruals, prepayments
5. Maintain fixed assets module
6. Participate in monthly financial close process including account analysis
7. Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy of balance sheet and reduce the risk of financial misstatement or financial exposure
8. Create excel monthly files to support reporting and other team’s need
9. Support annual financial audit and any ad-hoc assignment as needed
Requirements
1. Accounting Bachelor Degree
2. Excellent in Ms. office (esp. advance in Ms. excel)
3. Experience working with ERP (Oracle is plus)
4. Familiar with GAAP (IFRS is plus)
5. Effective communication in English
6. 1-2 years of experience as accountant or auditor
7. Ability to work under pressure and demonstrated ability to gather and communication data logically
