YOUR MISSION
Receive, verify, process, and register incoming primary accounting documents (supplier invoices, cash advance reports) and provide them to the outsourced accounting firm
Perform bookkeeping using QuickBooks and 1C accounting software
Reconcile bank accounts and manage expense control and cash flow
Conduct reconciliations with customers, suppliers, and intra-group entities
Prepare financial statements and reports upon request
Collect, scan, and submit documentation when needed
Interact with auditors and regulatory authorities
Carry out tasks assigned by the Holding’s Chief Accountant
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with 1C (QuickBooks experience is a strong plus)
Understanding of accounting and tax regulations
Ability to monitor deadlines for submission of accounting documents (e.g. advance reports, supplier docs)
Basic understanding of IFRS and experience with transformation tables
Familiarity with financial statement structure and reporting principles
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
