Role Mission
To support the finance team by ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, processing daily transactions (invoices, expenses, and accounts payable/receivable), and assisting with monthly closings to maintain the integrity of the company’s financial data.
Key responsibilities
Process, verify, and reconcile invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments accurately and timely.
Assist with daily data entry, journal entries, and bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are up to date.
Help prepare financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses under senior guidance.
Organize and maintain digital/physical financial records while adhering to accounting principles and internal controls.
Skills & experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and familiarity with accounting software (NetSuite).
Solid understanding of basic GAAP/IFRS principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial reporting.
High level of accuracy in data entry and a strong ability to spot discrepancies in financial records.
