- A recent high school graduate or first-year student pursuing Accounting at a university, tertiary institution, or through the CAANZ CA Fundamentals pathway, with plans to obtain a Chartered Accountant (CA) professional qualification upon completion of their studies.

- A permanent, full-time role with base office hours of 37.5 hours per week, A paid position to support yourself whilst studying
- Flexibility to use up to 7.5 hours of unpaid study leave per week to attend your tertiary classes and paid study leave to prepare for exams and internal assessments
