Purpose of Position
As a Junior Accountant - General Ledger, you are responsible for ensuring the correct accounting and accrual-based recording of all business transactions in the general ledger of all Awin entities.
This is a hybrid role, working in our Iasi office three days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate journal entries according to IFRS and Local GAAP’s
- Ensure timely input for month end close/year end close
- Support senior members of the team with input for external audits and tax audits when needed
- Support senior members of the team with balance sheet reconciliation when needed.
Key Skills:
- At least 1 year of working experience in general ledger and reporting
- Knowledge in IFRS is desirable
- Good communication verbal and written with customer service skills and clear information sharing
- Good collaboration skills in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- You are a team player and always willing to learn new activities /processes.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (or other Finance related)
- Strong skills in MS Excel. Microsoft Dynamics D365 is a plus
- Advanced level of English (B2 - C1+)

Skills Required
