The Junior Account Manager is responsible for coordinating promotional strategies, generating and retaining customers, mentoring team members, and delivering motivational speeches while participating in training sessions and territory management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate promotional strategies

  • Territory management
  • Deliver motivational speeches to the team and upper management
