About you:

We’re looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic team and help SMB customers get the most out of their Fathom journey. This role is all about building strong relationships, guiding trialists through onboarding, and ensuring every customer has a best-in-class experience. You’ll be on the frontlines of growth—developing pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and turning curious prospects into loyal subscribers.

Day to day you will:

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline, engaging directly with new trialists and prospects.

  • Qualify leads, uncover needs, and position Fathom’s unique value to convert opportunities into paid subscribers.

  • Guide customers through onboarding with tailored strategies, resources, and product education.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor—sharing best practices, delivering webinars, and providing solutions that help customers thrive.

  • Partner with Marketing and global teams to test new lead generation strategies and craft impactful customer stories.

  • Influence Fathom’s future by sharing customer insights that shape our roadmap and enhance the user experience.

Your skills and experience might include:

Required:

  • A motivated self-starter with strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • A passion for SaaS, customer success, and helping businesses grow

  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities while delivering a seamless and engaging customer experience

  • Interest in sales, customer engagement, or account management—with a desire to learn and grow

  • Flexibility to travel occasionally (up to 20%)

Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in our Seattle office.

Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship is required.

Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 base salary plus additional variable compensation. Final compensation will be based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and skill set, and any compensation outside this range will be determined in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
