The platform is built, revenue is accelerating, and we are moving from a single-specialty company to a multi-vertical specialist healthcare platform - with AI as embedded clinical infrastructure. Our vision is to help all clinicians deliver the latest innovations in healthcare, improving the standard of care for millions of people.  Backed by the investors behind Revolut, CityMapper, and Depop - we're scaling fast across the UK and beyond, and are looking for exceptional people to join us on our mission.

What is happening at 01 Health right now:

  • Balderton-backed Series A company

  • 90% of UK patients can reach an 01Health–affiliated clinic within 30 minutes

  • All growth has been inbound, ~50% word of mouth

  • 4.98★ customer rating from the dentists who use us

  • Aerox (sleep) ready for national rollout to top-performing 01 Partners, with a 300+ clinic waitlist

  • US expansion live

  • New verticals being tested and prototyped

We are not searching for product–market fit anymore. We are ready to dominate the market, and to do it across multiple medical specialties, transforming lives in the process.

The Role

We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Junior Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment. You'll play a key role at the very start of our customer journey and beyond it - converting inbound interest into long-term partnerships by introducing dentists to our solutions, supporting them through training, and then managing them as accounts you own: growing usage, deepening the relationship, and keeping them active for the long term. This role blends sales, account management, and onboarding, making it ideal for someone eager to learn and grow a career in sales.

What you'll do

  • Convert inbound leads: be the first point of contact for dentists reaching out to 32Co - introduce our products, qualify their needs, and position the value of our solutions.

  • Guide through education: liaise closely with our Education team to enrol dentists onto our courses, track their progress, and keep them engaged until completion.

  • Own the account relationship: act as the named point of contact for a portfolio of dentists post-course completion, managing the relationship end-to-end and converting them into active, loyal 32Co users.

  • Drive adoption and retention: proactively manage your book of accounts - monitor case activity, identify at-risk or under-engaged accounts, and run re-engagement plans to keep utilisation and retention high.

  • Build relationships: develop strong, trusted relationships with dentists to encourage ongoing case activity and long-term engagement, acting as their trusted advisor.

  • Collaborate for success: partner with sales, education, and product teams to create a seamless customer journey from first enquiry to active, growing account.

  • Track and report: keep detailed, up-to-date client and account notes in the CRM, and report on lead conversion, onboarding, account health, and patient activation metrics.

What we're looking for

  • Strong communicator and relationship-builder, confident presenting solutions to professionals and managing an ongoing account relationship.

  • Sales-driven, with a genuine hunger to close deals, hit targets, and contribute to growth.

  • Comfortable owning a portfolio of accounts - balancing new business conversion with retention and growth of existing relationships.

  • Growth mindset - always looking to sharpen your sales and account management skills and become the best you can be.

  • Proactive self-starter who takes initiative, works autonomously, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Process-oriented and adaptable, able to juggle multiple clients and priorities while following a structured, repeatable sales and account management process.

  • Highly coachable - learns fast, takes feedback on board, and adapts to new challenges.

  • Able to work from our Hoxton office 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).

Why you’ll love working here

  • Real impact, every day - your work directly changes patient outcomes. You'll feel it, and so will the people whose care you're improving.

  • 25 days holiday + your birthday off - because no one should work on their birthday!

  • Outsized leverage and full ownership - real authority today, lasting impact tomorrow; what you build now shapes how this company operates at every stage after.

  • Grow fast - backed by top VCs and built by the best; you'll be learning from some of the sharpest minds in health-tech every single day.

  • Vitality Health cover - private medical insurance, because we take care of the people who take care of the business.

  • Team Perks - enjoy regular team lunches, quarterly socials, and an annual company retreat.

  • Hybrid working - we all come together three days a week, but the rest of the time, enjoy the flexibility to work from home or our Hoxton office.

Skills Required

  • Strong communicator and relationship-builder, confident presenting to professionals
  • Sales-driven with a hunger to close deals and hit targets
  • Proactive self-starter who works autonomously and takes initiative
  • Process-oriented and adaptable, able to manage multiple clients and priorities
  • Highly coachable and able to learn quickly from feedback
  • Ability to generate outbound leads via calling, email, and other channels
  • Experience using a CRM and maintaining detailed client notes and metrics
  • Able to work from the Hoxton office three days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri)
