About the Role  

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative Junior Account Executive Intern to support communications, reporting, and social media efforts across key client accounts. The ideal candidate is passionate about public relations, media, digital trends, and sports sponsorships with a strong ability to write, monitor, and ideate across multiple platforms. This role will also support campaign development, presentation preparation, and content planning for high-profile clients, including football team sponsorship initiatives.

What You’ll Do 

Reporting & Monitoring

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly coverage reports for clients, consolidating media and social media mentions. 
  • Conduct daily media monitoring, flagging priority coverage, industry updates, or reputational risks. 
  • Maintain real-time tracking sheets and ensure accurate documentation of earned media. 
  • Draft and format Minutes of Meetings (MoM) following internal and client meetings, ensuring timely distribution. 

Football Sponsorship Management

  • Serve as the day-to-day coordinator for the sponsorship account.
  • Propose creative post ideas, engaging captions, and a structured content calendar tailored to campaign timelines and objectives. 
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, and client service teams to ensure timely approvals and content rollout. 
  • Track performance metrics, audience sentiment, and engagement to provide data driven insights and optimizations. 

Social Media Support

  • Actively contributes to the ideation, execution, and management of social media content for various clients. 
  • Research trending topics, formats, and hashtags to inform content planning. 
  • Support in community management, responding to audience engagement and flagging key insights.
  • Assist in reporting on social media KPIs and campaign performance. 

Campaign & Presentation Support

  • Assist in the development of campaign proposals, including idea generation, mood boards, and visual directions. 
  • Help prepare presentations and client decks for campaign pitches, reports, and strategic planning. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to bring creative campaign ideas to life and ensure alignment with brand tone and objectives.

What You’ll Need  
  • Emphasize in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related fields.
  • Strong writing and editing skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and media monitoring software (e.g., Meltwater, Sprinklr).
  • Interest in sports, entertainment, and digital content.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent time management, multi-tasking, and collaboration skills.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
