The Role

We are currently hiring Junior Account Executives to join our growing local team. This is an entry-level opportunity focused on event marketing, brand promotion, customer engagement, and live campaign execution.

You will support the promotion of client brands through live marketing events, promotional campaigns, pop-up activations, and community outreach programs.

This is a trainable position with no advanced experience required, offering a clear pathway into management and leadership roles for high-performing individuals.

Position Overview – Junior Account Executive

As a Junior Account Executive, you will assist in executing event marketing and brand awareness campaigns designed to increase customer engagement and drive results for client brands.

You will work closely with Account Managers, marketing teams, and sales staff to implement strategies that improve brand visibility, customer experience, and overall campaign performance.

Successful candidates will receive hands-on training and professional development, with opportunities to advance into leadership and management roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support execution of event marketing programs and brand promotion campaigns
  • Assist in achieving team performance goals and campaign objectives
  • Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to improve operational success
  • Assist in training and supporting new or entry-level team members
  • Monitor quality and accuracy of campaign execution
  • Respond to and help resolve escalated customer inquiries
  • Promote positive customer experiences to increase satisfaction and loyalty
  • Represent client brands at live events, activations, and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-energy environments
  • Professional, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working full-time, including weekends for events
  • Willingness to travel locally for events and promotions
  • Confident in face-to-face customer interaction and in-person engagement
  • Trainable, motivated, and eager to grow into leadership roles
