In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for all open positions.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of their department and any required job openings.
  • Schedule and coordinate pre-employment drug tests and background verification.
  • Create new-hire onboarding programs and deliver compelling new-hire orientations.
  • Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
  • Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews 

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s (Preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in the Human Resources field.
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting for multiple positions across various business functions.
  • Support and participate in job fairs and recruiting events throughout Puerto Rico to attract and engage qualified candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (Spanish and English).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office.
  • This position is primarily on-site at customer locations (80-90% of the time) in the Southern-Central region of Puerto Rico.
  • Limited remote work may be available based on business needs

Skills Required

  • At least one year of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting across multiple functions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Support and participate in job fairs and recruiting events throughout Puerto Rico
  • Primarily on-site at customer locations 80-90% in the Southern-Central region of Puerto Rico
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
