QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for all open positions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of their department and any required job openings.
- Schedule and coordinate pre-employment drug tests and background verification.
- Create new-hire onboarding programs and deliver compelling new-hire orientations.
- Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
- Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s (Preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in the Human Resources field.
- Experience in high-volume recruiting for multiple positions across various business functions.
- Support and participate in job fairs and recruiting events throughout Puerto Rico to attract and engage qualified candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (Spanish and English).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office.
- This position is primarily on-site at customer locations (80-90% of the time) in the Southern-Central region of Puerto Rico.
- Limited remote work may be available based on business needs
Skills Required
