Job Title: Jr. Video Producer
Location: Hybrid Broomfield, CO – 2 Days in Office Required
Reports to: Manager, Art Direction

The Jr. Video Producer is a hands-on creative role supporting marketing and content teams by producing engaging video content for digital campaigns, events, social media, and internal communications. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow their skills in video editing, motion graphics, and content creation while collaborating with a global team.

As a Jr. Video Producer, you’ll help shape how the brand is experienced through video whether it’s a product demo, a social media clip, or an event recap. Your work will support key marketing initiatives, drive engagement, and bring ideas to life in a way that’s both creative and strategic. Here’s what we’re looking for...

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Jr. Video Producer who’s eager to grow, collaborate, and bring fresh ideas to the table. The ideal candidate combines technical skills with strong communication and project management capabilities to support the production of high-quality video content.

You’ll bring:

  • 1–2 years of experience in video production, marketing, or a related creative field.
  • AI editing tools: Familiarity with platforms such as Descript, Synthesia, or similar AI-driven editing software.
  • Project management tools: Experience tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
  • Executive communication: Confidence collaborating with senior stakeholders and presenting creative concepts or final work.
  • Storyboarding or scripting: Ability to visualize ideas, outline narratives, or contribute to engaging video scripts

You’re not just technically skilled you’re creative, adaptable, and thrive in a collaborative environment. You have a passion for storytelling through video and a sharp eye for detail that ensures every project feels polished and on-brand.

You’ll stand out if you can:

  • Create and edit engaging videos: Craft both short-form and long-form content for marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and product demos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Design for digital platforms: Produce social-ready assets optimized for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, including captions, intro/outro slides, and seamless transitions.
  • Add motion and visual flair: Incorporate simple motion graphics, text animations, and logo reveals using Adobe After Effects (or similar tools), and design supporting visuals such as thumbnails and static graphics in Canva or Adobe Express.
  • Maintain brand consistency: Apply Conga’s brand guidelines for color, typography, and visual style across all video deliverables, ensuring a cohesive and professional look.
  • Collaborate and deliver efficiently: Partner closely with marketing, design, and event teams to support campaigns and launches, balancing multiple quick-turn projects while meeting deadlines.

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance. 

The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description.  We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements.  In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.

U.S base salary range:
$62,154$80,800 USD
