Key Responsibilities
- Ensure our systems and infrastructure operate efficiently and securely.
- Support and lead the implementation of new clients and systems.
- Give support and perform system configurations, including Warehouse Management System (WMS) Level 1 and 2 configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement to increase efficiency, security, and compliance.
- Proficiency in programming and ability to work within a technical support team.
- Work within a technical support team to resolve issues and provide support to users.
Your Profile
- Students (final semester) or graduates with a bachelor’s degree in IT, Systems Engineering, or similar.
- Around 2-4 years of experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to quickly acquire new skills and adapt to new systems or software.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to approach situations with empathy, tact, and discretion.
- Emotional intelligence and diplomacy in interactions with others.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Individual with strong work ethic.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
