Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative Bilingual Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to execute high-impact social media strategies, digital campaigns, and administrative marketing tasks for our global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Design, curate, and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook using Canva and CapCut.
- Content Calendar Planning: Maintain and manage social media content calendars to ensure consistent publishing schedules.
- Email Marketing & Campaigns: Assist in drafting, building, and tracking performance metrics for client email marketing campaigns.
- Paid Ads & Analytics Support: Support paid advertising strategies, track KPI performance, and create data-driven marketing reports.
- Strategy Execution: Implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client brand goals.
- Marketing Administration: Handle operational tasks, digital asset organization, and general marketing support.
Requirements
- Languages: Advanced / Native Bilingual proficiency in English (C1/C2) and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or marketing administrative support.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, social media scheduling platforms, and social media analytics tools.
- Software: High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office 365.
- Remote Setup: Dedicated quiet home office, high-speed stable internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload), and a reliable backup connection.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

- Base Salary: USD $696 – $1,044 / month (commensurate with experience).

Skills Required
- Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish

- Availability to work full-time Monday–Friday 9am–5pm EST (remote)
- Availability to remain in specified countries and have no travel commitments for first four months of employment
