Key Responsibilites
- Assist with day-to-day Salesforce system administration, including:
- User management (creation, deactivation, permissions, roles, profiles)
- Data maintenance (imports, updates, data hygiene, deduplication)
- Basic configuration (fields, page layouts, list views, queues)
- Support the documentation and execution of routine audits and data quality checks.
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues appropriately.
- Build and modify automations using Flows, validation rules, and formulas under guidance from senior team members.
- Help maintain documentation of business processes, data models, and configuration changes.
- Support cross-functional teams by creating and updating reports, dashboards, and views to enable data-driven decision making.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success stakeholders to gather requirements for enhancements or fixes.
- Assist internal users by troubleshooting issues, answering Salesforce questions, and providing basic training or resource guides.
- Collaborate with RevOps and IT to ensure alignment on systems, data structures, and integrations.
- Participate in Salesforce enhancement projects such as:
- Supporting integrations with tools like HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, or Filevine’s internal systems
- Help test new features, UAT scenarios, and release changes.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of Salesforce experience (internship, admin support role, or relevant coursework).
- Foundational understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, security, and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data.
- Desire to grow into a more advanced Salesforce Admin or RevOps role.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and take direction from senior administrators.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or progress toward it.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow Builder.
- Familiarity with RevOps tools
