Responsibilities
- Prospect & Outreach: Research target industries, identify potential leads, and initiate contact through phone, email, and digital communication to introduce Manay CPA’s services.
- Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Conduct timely and professional follow-ups with prospects, maintaining consistent communication to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Business Development Support: Assist with pipeline management, partnership outreach, and other business development projects that expand Manay CPA’s market presence and client base.
- CRM Management: Accurately record outreach activities, client interactions, and updates in the CRM system to ensure visibility and tracking across the sales process.
- Proposal & Presentation Support: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and service summaries that clearly communicate value and align with client needs.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Marketing and Client Service teams to align outreach efforts with campaigns, events, and client engagement initiatives.
- Market Research: Gather and analyze data on industries, competitors, and client needs to identify new opportunities and inform outreach strategies.
- Event & Meeting Participation: Support client meetings, networking events, and virtual sessions, observing and gradually contributing to client discussions and relationship management.
- Performance Tracking: Support the preparation of weekly and monthly reports to monitor outreach metrics, conversion rates, and progress toward sales goals.
- Special Projects: Participate in projects to improve sales processes, enhance communication strategies, and strengthen overall client engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales support, client relations, or business development (internship or entry-level experience preferred).
- Strong interest in professional services, accounting, and financial consulting. Prior knowledge and experience in the industry is a big plus!
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Turkish (English will be used daily). Note: all interviews will be completed in English.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy, with familiarity in CRM systems and MS Office tools (experience with ERP/CRM platforms is a plus).
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Comfortable working according to U.S. time zones (Eastern Time).
- This is a remote position — a home office setup and stable high-speed internet connection are required.
