Work Setting: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

We're looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and takes pride in keeping the revenue cycle moving efficiently. What You'll Do

As a Jr. RCM Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our billing and revenue cycle operations by:

  • Posting ERA payments accurately and efficiently
  • Entering and managing insurance authorizations
  • Conducting weekly insurance eligibility and benefits verification
  • Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly billing claims
  • Performing pre-billing quality assurance checks
  • Supporting patient responsibility collections
  • Following up with insurance payors and assisting with accounts receivable
  • Monitoring unconverted sessions and identifying billing issues before they become larger problems

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, OR equivalent experience/ billing certification
  • 1–2 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), medical billing, or healthcare administration
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to manage repetitive administrative tasks with accuracy and consistency
  • A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
