Profile Requirements :
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Project Management Office/Project Executive in the IT domain, with a preference for candidates with exposure to banking sector experience. The resource should have the capability to effectively assess, and review CV skill sets for technical roles.
CV Screening: Review and screen CVs and applications to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability for the open demands. Ensure a thorough understanding of job requirements and match candidate profiles accordingly.
Agency Liaison: Follow up with agencies regularly to ensure timely delivery of CVs and candidate updates.
Interview Coordination: Collaborate with domain leads to schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates. Ensure all logistics are arranged in a timely manner, including scheduling, communication, and providing any necessary interview materials.
Progress Tracking & Follow-up: Track the candidate progress for each role, maintaining clear and consistent communication with domain leads. Provide regular updates on the status of candidate selection and interview outcomes.
Ongoing Communication: Regularly follow up with agencies on the progress of candidate sourcing and ensure any queries or concerns are addressed promptly. Clear and consistent communication with agencies and domain leads, leading to a streamlined recruitment process.
Project Skills:
Team management – assist in the coordination of the resources, agencies and stakeholders in the project. Ensure that team meets quality standards by overseeing and validating the quality.
Assignment management – track tasks, deliverables and deadline closely and follow through till completion / closure.
Stakeholder management – communicate clearly with project managers, team members and stakeholders to keep them informed on the project expectations and ensuring that the objectives are met on a weekly basis.
Conflict management – identify issues and proposed alternate solutions, supporting the project manager in troubleshooting.
