We are seeking for a new talent to join the Delivery Management AV where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the 'Malaysia-Business-Development' project. As a Project Support in the Delivery Management AV team, you will be responsible for supporting overall Project Management Teams with financial, work, operations, and mobilization management activities.
You will be expected to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Additionally, you will be required to actively participate and contribute in team discussions, as well as provide solutions to work-related problems.
Proficiency in Work Management is required, as it is the primary skill for this role.
Operations Management and Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run are recommended skills for this role.
Assist in financial management activities, such as budget tracking and expense reporting.
Support work management activities, including resource allocation and task coordination.
Contribute to operations management by monitoring project progress and identifying areas for improvement.
Assist in mobilization management by coordinating project logistics and ensuring smooth project setup.
Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure effective project governance and compliance.
