The Jr. Operations Analyst provides ongoing support to Synthesio clients post-"go live." Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, maintaining technical requirements, communicating Synthesio’s value proposition, ensuring client satisfaction, and involvement in larger client projects. This role requires collaboration with team members in India, Mexico and Romania to cover 24/5 working hours, along with France, Singapore, and US within the rest of the Support Team.
You will be working within the Support Department, where we assist both clients and internal teams in utilizing the platform. You’ll be part of a team that is continually evolving, improving, and learning. In this varied and engaging role, you will:
Assist CSMs with Backoffice Tasks:
- Build and maintain dashboards
- Perform QA testing and manage crawling/rejection rates
- Source keywords/accounts and identify/integrate sources
- Handle translations, reports, newsletters, and data annotation (Lab Studio)
Service Clients:
- Maintain client dashboards, including query writing and data manipulation
- Support QA initiatives, track bugs, replicate issues, and liaise with tech support
- Maximize client value from Synthesio products by addressing usage inquiries
- Coordinate with the CSM for complex client requests to ensure satisfaction
