Jr. NetDocs Administrator

Job Description
This position is for a NetDocuments Administrator to perform application support servicing the needs of the Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA). The successful candidate will assist the Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) with the steady state operations and tier2 support of Net Documents applications.
The NetDocuments Administrator will:

• Support account management and connectivity between the Executive Office of United States Attorneys (EOUSA) WAN and NetDocuments.
• Serve as tier 2 support for administrating the add, change and deletion of EOUSA users in NetDocuments.
• Provide support and troubleshooting with Trusted Internet Connection (TIC)-related issues.
• Provide end user account management in Active Directory and in cloud-based systems.
• Coordination with, and support of, the EOUSA Litigation Technology Service Center (LTSC) and Litigation Technology Holds Division (LTHD) Teams.
• Review server logs and troubleshoot server-based applications.
• Provide server operations and maintenance such as patching, troubleshooting, and monitoring.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Minimum Candidate Requirements

• 3 years of experience with general support of customers in their use of various desktop applications and integrations of those applications with external websites and/or SaaS environments in a large-scale commercial environment similar in size and scope of the EOUSA infrastructure.
• Experience with end user account management, such as Active Directory, and troubleshooting in cloud-based systems.
• Experience with coordination with, and support of, the EOUSA LTSC/LTHD team.
• Experience reviewing server logs and troubleshooting server-based applications.
• Experience with server operations and maintenance such as patching, troubleshooting, and monitoring.

Security Requirements

• Must be able to obtain up to a Secret clearance.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $64935 - $110390
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
